What does success REALLY mean?
Everywhere we look, we see polished success stories—highlight reels of achievement, milestones reached, and goals checked off. But what about the messy, uncertain, and often uncomfortable reality of getting there?
The doubts, the struggles, the figuring-it-out-as-you-go moments? Those stories are often missing.
What is success? Rethinking the way we define it
We’re told that success looks like titles, money in the bank, and a neatly laid-out career path. But what if we don’t relate to that? What if success is something else entirely?
The truth is, many of us are still figuring it out. We hesitate. We wonder, What if we fail? What if we’re not good enough? We see others moving forward—sometimes with admiration, sometimes with a little jealousy—and we ask ourselves, How do they do it?
Maybe success isn’t a destination
We’ve been conditioned to see success as a fixed outcome, something we must achieve and maintain. But what if success isn’t about reaching a final destination?
What if it’s a process, a question, an ongoing conversation?
Success can be:
✅ Taking a risk, even when you’re unsure of the outcome.
✅ Challenging the norm and stepping outside your comfort zone.
✅ Learning, evolving, and allowing yourself to grow—without judgment.
Redefining success, together
At LEF, we believe success isn’t about perfection—it’s about courage. It’s about choosing to show up, to try, to embrace the unknown. Because the reality is, you don’t have to have it all figured out to make an impact.
And maybe, just maybe, success is found in the journey itself.
And you? What is success to you?
